Unlike the situation on international markets, the first week of summer has brought a total stagnation of prices at the Moldova Stock Exchange. So EVM Composite index has maintained the same values during whole week - 2 223.2072 points. Speaking about volumes, the situation is relatively better, it increased by 48%, but compared the first months of the year remains extremely low - only 448 thousands lei.

Already traditionally, interactive market has been virtually devoid of operations. There were only 2 transactions with shares issued by JSC "Zorile", at the same price, unchanged from November 2008 - 16 lei/share. As well, it was a transaction with a passive company on the stock exchange market - JSC "Utlapcar", the price of 3.3 lei/share. Last transaction with this company was in 2000, since then the price has remained unchanged. JSC "Utlapcar" is a company from Chisinau that manufacture zootechnical equipment and equipment for production of fodder.

On auction's segment, the atmosphere was some more dynamic. "Banca Sociala" was operated for the same price of 350 lei/share, unchanged from April. And Moldovahidromas price has not evolved at all, 0.04% shares being traded for 0.35 lei/share. An interesting situation is about JSC "Plovdiv", in May there were 5 transactions with relatively small share packages issued by that company. During the first week of June, once again we were witnesses of one transaction already. However, during 2008 were only 3 deals with that shares, and in 2007 just a single one. It is not excluded that it is a classic scheme for gathering a larger package.
