Securities and underlying assets estimation is an activity that requires the highest level of professionalism, special knowledge and vague experience. It is the main activity undergoing at our Agency and now we can affirm that the services provided by our company fully correspond to the international standards.

Our team members were involved in the legal acts elaboration process concerning legal acts on securities estimation by the National Securities Commission. Our specialists participated at a lot of seminars moderated by the experts from international evaluation companies.  At the same time many of our team members are teaching business finance courses at the main universities of the country.

We apply all the three methods of evaluation stipulated by law in our estimation process  - the discounted cash flow valuation, relative valuation and the assets method of valuation. We have also elaborated some analytical instruments necessary for estimation, such as the internal proceedings for establishing the value of the coefficient of actualization and estimation of the award for a major stock package.
